Focused Therapeutic Areas

Alixer is advancing innovative research and development programs across select therapeutic areas with significant unmet clinical need.

Oncology & Inflammation

Developing first-in-class therapeutics focused on precision oncology and next-generation cancer treatment.

ALK201 is a novel first-in-class humanized monoclonal antibody being developed in strategic collaboration with Johns Hopkins University, targeting tumor growth and progression in colorectal cancer. ALK201 aims to disrupt key pathways involved in tumor proliferation, angiogenesis, and inflammation. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant tumor growth inhibition and modulation of disease-relevant biomarkers, supporting its potential as a differentiated therapeutic approach for patients with advanced colorectal cancer, particularly in overcoming treatment resistance.

Regenerative Medicine

Exploring regenerative and restorative therapeutic approaches targeting vascular ischemia and tissue recovery.

A regenerative and restorative platform targeting vascular ischemia and tissue recovery being developed in strategic collaboration with the Wyss Institute, Harvard University. It is designed to target the key biological impairments associated with diabetic lower-limb complications, including impaired angiogenesis, tissue ischemia, neuropathy, and reduced regenerative potential.

This unique technology delivers regenerative factors at a defined ratio, enabling sustained, precise, and localized release for the desired clinical impact.

A recombinant human Interleukin-6 or rhIL-6, also known as Atexakin-alfa to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). While high chronic levels of IL-6 drive systemic inflammation and pain, low-dose, controlled administration of IL-6 paradoxically acts as a neurotrophic factor that promotes nerve growth, vascular repair, and axonal regeneration.

Respiratory & Allergy

Investigating next-generation therapeutic solutions for respiratory and immunological conditions.

ALDP001 is a novel clinical stage intranasal therapy designed for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. The program leverages a differentiated mechanism of triple histamine receptor blockade (H1, H2, and H4), enabling broader control of both early and late allergic responses. Direct nasal delivery allows rapid, localized action with reduced systemic exposure.

ALDP021 is a combination therapy of novel histamine blocker and safe, clinically proven corticosteroid.

Advancing the Future of Transformative Therapies
