Mrs. Madhurima Singh is an Executive Director on the Board of Alkem Laboratories. She has been actively involved across multiple business functions and contributed to several strategic initiatives over the years.

Her work spans areas including human resources, legal and compliance, supply chain, corporate communication, CSR, and indirect procurement. She has also played an important role in strengthening the company’s semi-chronic business and supporting the growth of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) business.

Mrs. Singh has been associated with initiatives focused on people practices, brand and reputation building, R&D, adoption of new-age technologies, sustainability, and social impact. Her areas of expertise include pharmaceutical marketing, strategy, financial oversight, human resources, governance and compliance, manufacturing operations, and supply chain management.

Mrs. Singh was recognised among Business Today’s Most Powerful Women in Business in 2025.

Mr. Srinivas Singh has been associated with Alkem since 2012 and joined the Board in 2022. He has been involved across areas including R&D, portfolio management, product launches, and strategic initiatives for global markets.

Over the years, he has contributed to strengthening the company’s product pipeline, supporting new product introductions, and driving initiatives related to cost optimisation, alternate sourcing, and risk assessment. He has also been closely associated with medical device segment and projects focused on sales digitalisation, and operational efficiency across functions.

He continues to contribute across strategic and operational priorities, with a focus on strengthening innovation capabilities, improving agility, and supporting long-term business readiness. Beyond business initiatives, Mr. Singh supports the company’s CSR efforts, contributing to programmes focused on community welfare and social development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

A visionary pharmaceutical executive with 30+ years’ experience in development of NCEs, biologics, cell & gene therapies, and complex generics. His expertise spans AI – driven drug development, translational medicine, biomarker development, Clinical R&D, market access, regulatory strategy, executive leadership, BD & global partnership across multinational pharmaceutical companies, based out of US & India.

He has a proven track record in building and leading high-performance global functions at Alkem, Dr. Reddy’s, Glenmark, Rhône-Poulenc Rorer (Aventis), Carter Wallace, Cell Therapeutics Inc. and as an entrepreneur with GeneXY (biomarker development organization in Philadelphia, jointly with Wistar institute, Pennsylvania University campus), RYTUS Therapeutics.

He combines scientific depth with commercial acuity to forge academic co-development partnerships with Harvard, Johns Hopkins, U. Chicago, Texas Tech University-Medical Sciences, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Miami University, NIH, Karolinska, IIT-Bombay/ Kanpur, IISc-Bangalore; and others, at the same time unlocks successful regulatory pathways with agencies worldwide such as US FDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA, MCC, DCGI, and translate innovation into measurable business value. He has created more than $6500M+ innovation driven patented product portfolio during his entire tenure.

Mr. Sandeep Singh joined Alkem’s Board in 2013 and currently serves as the Managing Director of the company. He leads the domestic and international business operations and has been actively involved in expanding the company’s presence across geographies and therapies.

Over the years, he has played an important role in scaling the company’s commercial operations, strengthening market reach, and driving execution across businesses. He also oversees Alkem’s emerging growth areas, including biosimilars and Medtech business, which are expected to contribute to the company’s next phase of growth.

His areas of expertise include business strategy, pharmaceutical marketing, financial oversight, governance and compliance, risk management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and strategic investments.

He also serves on the boards of several group companies, including biotech arm Enzene Biosciences Limited and Alkem Medtech Private Limited.

Mr. Singh was recognised with the Emerging Pharma Leader of the Year award in 2016 and was featured in the ET & Spencer Stuart 40 Under 40 list in 2021.

Mr. Aniruddha Singh has been associated with Alkem since 2022. He brings a strategic lens to the company’s evolving business priorities, with a keen interest in innovation, emerging healthcare opportunities, and new models of growth.

His focus on enhancing capabilities is reflected in his active involvement in R&D and innovation, the company’s foray into medical devices, and the assessment of new business and acquisition opportunities. He also contributes to strengthening collaboration and efficiency across Alkem’s global businesses and to initiatives focused on developing young talent.
